All rooms are very spacious and some, such as the family room, have an ensuite bathroom. The studios have an electric heater and a bathtub. Soundproofing between rooms, however, could be better.

Crazy House or Hang Nga Villa in central Dalat is quite an ambitious architectural feat with a wow factor. It’s a popular sightseeing destination, but for guests, it’s free to look around. Be careful, though,  with some of the tricky stairs.

Each guest room is well-equipped with a wood fireplace and a hairdryer alongside free toiletries. Some rooms have a balcony or bathtub. The wifi may not be very strong due to the structure.

During the day, sightseers may accidentally try to open the doors or look through the window so it’s better to adventure out early or check out in the morning. Sightseeing hours are only until 7 PM so don’t worry about being disturbed at night.

Nhà của Người và Ta is a homestay run by a middle-aged couple on the edge of downtown Dalat. They don’t speak English well but use Google Translate and try their best to help with anything. Their free homemade soymilk is great in addition to their family meals.

The dorm room with 14 bunk beds has two bathrooms. All the units and bathrooms are nice, clean, but no TV. The rooftop lounge has a little garden and a nice view over the city to the mountain afar. Like many establishments in Dalat, the homestay closes at 10:30 PM.

You can freely use the communal kitchen to cook something. The sitting areas at the front desk on the top floor are nice to sit back with a drink. The design is minimal but one of the highlights of the rooms is Netflix TV together with a fridge and kettle.

THIEN AN GUEST HOUSE is a recently renovated lodging with all units having a window, smart TV, and fridge. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Some rooms also have a balcony.

The top-floor lounge has a pretty nice view in the evening. Unfortunately, they don’t do breakfast, but there are many food and beverage establishments around. The guesthouse also has new and good motorcycles for rent.
