There’s no in-house catering, but each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette. There are two pizza restaurants on the ground floor commercial space.

Other facilities include a washing machine and wide TVs with cable. There’s also a coworking space and a sky view wine lounge. On the ground floor are a children’s playground and a stunning koi pond.

The rooftop infinity pool is quite unique. It’s a glass pool using saltwater and serviced towels are provided to all guests. Other facilities like the spa and gym require separate charges as does car parking. Pets aren’t allowed in D1Mension Residences.

The rooms’ balconies have chairs to sunbathe or just laze around. The rooftop has a game room with mini-golf, darts, and table soccer. The breakfast buffet has simple Western and Asian dishes but is well prepared. During the pandemic period, the hotel may be understaffed at times.

The Deluxe Doubles and Penthouse apartments also come with a kitchenette. The breakfast is good but sometimes limited in choice due to pandemic conditions. Around the hotel are many FnB establishments for food and beverages, gyms, and spas.

The downstairs coffee shop is highly appreciated for its gourmet coffees, delicious cakes, and breakfasts. It also showcases temporary art collections.

The interior and decoration of the Hut are particularly appealing to young guests and those remote working. Depending on the room, there may be a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff are very friendly but sometimes still finding their feet in hotel management.

Cheap & 3-star Hotels in Saigon

It’s only 4 km from District 1 and the original Little Tokyo.

On the rooftop are a jacuzzi, a small gym, and minigolf for some leisure. The spacious rooms are clean, nice and new, but the view is obscured by tall buildings. The Deluxe King Studio has a bathtub. The restaurant serves pretty good food but the choice is limited and there’s one flight of stairs to get to it.

The wide windows in each unit provide a garden view and plenty of natural sunlight. The rooms are new with clean bedding, a sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a fridge. The kitchen areas are a little bit small but well equipped.
